Filofaxing for work

Today I brought my lovely A5 Brown Holborn to work with me. I have been using an A5 Raspberry Finsbury, but it’s a little less professional than I’d like. I work in a higher education/academic environment so I want to be taken seriously when I attend meetings with people whose pay grades are higher than my own ;-) Here’s what she looks like:

I created my own weekly pages (shown below) because I couldn’t find anything that worked for what I do. I need to keep track of a lot of things and this seems to be working for me. Obviously I haven’t filled out too much, but don’t worry. It gets full pretty quickly! I do still use Outlook for appointment scheduling/reminders and general things, but it really helps to see things on paper and have it all in the same place. I also use the Filofax Meetings pages that I found on eBay. I’m not sure if they sell them on the Filofax website any longer, but if you can find them, I really like them. If you can’t find them, these work just as nicely.
